Suitable for all ages with specialisation in joint health, back care, those living with cancer, heart & respiratory conditions together with focus on the menopause and post-menopause for optimal well-being. Individual needs are accommodated in small classes. Workshops and 1-1s are also available. Unlimited monthly & 2-monthly class pass membership options.
